Chapter I: On Smoke, Fire & Other Bad Habits



A rabbit’s nose is a rather sensitive thing.

Cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and their modern electronic cousins are best enjoyed elsewhere. There is already enough mischief in the air.. 1


And so entered Peter Rabbit—the slyest of them all. Georgia, that fertile land, harbors four native hares: the eastern cottontail, swamp rabbit, marsh rabbit, and Appalachian cottontail. From their soft-footed lineage came the spirit of our lounge—part folklore, part fable, wholly alive.2


Chapter II: On Arriving Unannounced

Spontaneity is terribly attractive. Unfortunately, it does not always get you a seat.

Those who wander in without warning are welcome to try their luck, but the well-mannered rabbit plans ahead. A reservation is the surest way down the rabbit hole.
